`symfony propel-build-all` should be removed from plugin-docu

Keywords: propel database Cc:

Description

http://trac.symfony-project.com/wiki/sfPropelActAsCommentableBehaviorPlugin includes "./symfony propel-build-all". This should be changed to propel-build-model and -sql with the hint that the database will be changed/deleted if an -insert-sql is applied.

Even with numerous -model and -sql in mz fingers I fell into the "trap" of following the docs blindly. Yeah, silly me, I know. I still blame it on the docs! ;)

This is not the role of plugins documentation to document the default symfony tasks.
